Yes you can apply for DU for M.Sc in physics.
B.Sc in related subjects or any branch of Science or Engineering with Physics and Mathematics passed with minimum 60% aggregate marks and 50% marks for B.Sc. (Hons) students.

your marks are not sufficient for the admission in du. DU needs very high score. maybe if you have certificate in sports then you can get admission but also for that i think your percentage is too low.

Hi Du doesn't offer courses in biotechnology. It offers courses in biomedical science, microbiology, zoology, botany, etc. Regards
