With 138 marks, it is just impossible to get an MBBS seat, even if you are an NRI

Not possible, I think you need to focus more on your marks and here you can check that the cutoff is majorly high in DU.

Admissions for BBA in Delhi University affiliated colleges are based on the entrance examination, not on cut off marks.

There is always a cut off that DU pass every year. What is the current status of the cut off is not in my knowledge. However, I think it is above 60%. More you can take help of the college website.

Yes, there is a scope of medical science. It is applied everywhere. After its completion, you can be a part of any medical industry, research groups, technology of science, and other science related areas.
