Both the options are good. It depends on your interest that in which field you want to see yourself in future. You can go for du and prepare for the government jobs. If you want to become a lawyer, then go for Amity University. Best of luck.

You are eligible to get admission in this university. But, cut off goes very high. But, I will suggest you to participate in the counselling. And, wait for the last round cut off. If not getting any colleges in last round, then go for private colleges.

You can definitely wait, but you may never know that there will be seats left after the first cut off or not, so keep that in mind. First of all, you need to clear entrance exams. After shortlisting, you will be invited for a personal interview session. And on the basis of your performance in interview and entrance, you will be given a seat in Delhi University. The same procedure is followed at JNU also. Best of luck.

It is quite hard to get a seat in DU at this percentage but you can try for language subjects. You may get admission in foreign language subjects in good colleges under DU.

You can get admission in Bharti College of Delhi University for English honors, only after first or second round of the counselling. But, you will get a seat in this college. So you should keep all the relevant documents ready.
