May be or may not be, the answer depends upon the specific college cutoff list and also Delhi University has a quota of seats reserved for SC, ST, OBC, Wards of Armed forces, Kashmiri Migrants and Physically Challenged candidates.The Delhi University or DU is a central university that pays due recognition to the country's diversity.

As in my point of view, you're not eligible for DU because B.Com cut-off is very high, approximately above 90%. So, not for this university you're eligible for GGSIPU, AMU, JMI, etc.

No, this is not merit based. For B.A you need to qualify DU JAT (Joint Entrance Test). For more knowledge about this course you can visit following link- http://www.du.ac.in/du/

Eligibility:
B.Sc. (Hons. ). Computer Science (10+2+3 scheme) and B.Tech. Computer Science (10+2+4 scheme) from University of Delhi or any other University whose examination is recognised as equivalent to University of Delhi. Minimum Percentage Required:60% marks in aggregate (Relaxation will be given to the candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC category as per the rules of University of Delhi). Or

PWD students can get all of their fee waived-off payable including the examination fees and other university fees, except admission fee, subscription towards Delhi University students Union and identity card fees.
