You can do both at a time, but there will be no benefit of doing two courses together, as you can't represent yourself at places at a time. It can be a case of duplicacy, as how a person can be present at two different places at a time.

It would be better to try to prepare for NEET along with the college. Hansraj College is very good college, and you should not be dropping it. In case you don't get an MBBS seat, then at least you have the Hansraj College in your hand. This will save your year from getting wasted.

Both are good and have their own prestige, but if you choose food, then Jamia Milia Islamia will provide the best probably.

Hi,
Cut-offs usually remain high for economics honours because it is one of it's best courses which they offer.
90-95% is a must for general category. And if you have economics in your best 4 then they will deduct 2.5 from your percentage.
Be careful and good luck.
