Admission to all B.Sc courses in DU are done on merit based on class 12th percentage. However, there are few courses that require you to sit in an entrance examination.
So you can check cutoffs accordingly.
For more information you can check on Delhi University website or you can ask more questions from us.

Hi,
There is some formula to calculate loss of hearing in percentage terms for evaluation of hearing disability.
The formula is:
Loss of hearing in decibels in better ear -25*1.5
HD=X-25*1.5
here X is loss of hearing in decibel terms
SupposeIf u have 52 db loss in better ear
Then
HD=52-25*1.5
=40%
SO with 52 db loss in your better your considered eligIsle under partially hearing impaired

For commerce courses, you can prefer any of the colleges under both the universities, whether Delhi University or IP University. But if you want to specifically go for commerce courses, you can go for Delhi University, as Delhi University basically provides commerce courses and IP university provides professional courses. So you can go for Delhi University.
