There is some formula to calculate loss of hearing in percentage terms for evaluation of hearing disability.
The formula is:
Loss of hearing in decibels in better ear -25*1.5
HD=X-25*1.5
here X is loss of hearing in decibel terms
SupposeIf u have 52 db loss in better ear
Then
HD=52-25*1.5
=40%
SO with 52 db loss in your better your considered eligIsle under partially hearing impaired

Delhi University provides books to students. After you register yourself on School of Open Learning (SOL), they will allot you the college you can attend the classes.
