First of all, its is technological and not technical.
Now coming back to your question, MCE branch is known for its maths and computer application, if you are good in permutations/combination, algebra, probability then this is the branch made for you. Plus you can sit in the interview for the same companies what a COE engineer will sit.
MCE has a wide scope if done from DTU.

M.Sc CS is equivalent to B.Tech CS. In fact, Indian IT industry treats B.Tech CS grads to be superior to M.Sc CS graduates. If you want to study further, you are advised to M.Tech CS on completion of B.Tech CS.

To your surprise, DU-SOL doesn't offer MBA degree for post-graduation. It only offers MA and M.Com programs.

See both the streams have their own value. Depends on the interest of a person what he/she want to study or pursue a career on.
Engineering is a technical line and it has a lot of scope whereas physics honors is mostly theory based. And if someone is interested to have in-depth knowledge of that subject he must pursue B.Sc.

Check the cut -off list from du.ac.in
I don't think students from general category will be able to get admission with 80%.

BHU is surely a better option as Dyal Singh college is not very reputed in DU.

Jamia has a very good department for commerce and business studies but having studied in both DU and Jamia, I think DU provides you with more exposure. The curriculum in Jamia is quite old and there is no industry interference in studies unlike that in DU. Therefore, I would suggest you to go to DU instead of Jamia if you have both the options in hand.
