Department of Library and Information Science, SVU, offers merit-based admissions to its MLISc programme. Candidates seeking admission must apply through the common admission portal on the official website of Somaiya Vidyavihar University. The received applications are evaluated and seats are allocated to eligible applicants based on their merit, branch preference and availability of seats. The candidates are informed about the provisional admission/ waitlist number through their registered email ID. Selected candidates must appear for document verification and submit INR 25,000 for seat confirmation. The fee must be paid within eight days of the receipt of the offer letter.
