NIFTs (National Institute of Fashion Technology) majorly offer 6 specializations in the BDes programs: Fashion Design, Leather Design, Accessory Design, Textile Design, Knitwear Design, and Fashion Communication. Some NIFTs also offer a Bachelor of Fashion Technology (BFTech).

For the NID DAT Prelims, expected cutoffs usually range from 50-55 for General to 30-35 for PwD. For NID DAT Mains, expected cutoffs are generally higher, with General at 55-60 and PwD at 35-40. Through the DAT prelims scores, the candidates are shortlisted for the Mains.
