Yes, you can do M. Des from NIFT on the basis of B.Com. The eligibility criteria for M. Des course is given below:
1. Educational qualifications: Undergraduate Degree in any discipline from any Institute /University recognized by law in India. or
Undergraduate Diploma of minimum three years duration from NIFT / NID.
2. Qualifying Age: No age limit
Note: Master of Design (M. Des. ) is an advanced course that demands an understanding of fundamentals in design and presupposes that candidates would be familiar with the basic skills and theories for successful completion of the programme. The course would not provide any basic knowledge and sk

You can do many Diploma and certificate courses after class 10th in fashion designing. Some of the courses you can do are Certificate Course in Fashion Designing, Certificate Course in Fashion Designing and Garment Construction, Diploma in Fashion Design and Merchandising, Diploma in Fashion Design.

NID (National Institute of Design) conducts an entrance exam every year on the national level for admission of students in the Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses. Students are shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the Design Aptitude Test.

Tech course, candidates have to qualify JEE Main examination. BVP CET exam is conducted to offer admission into various Bachelor's & master's degree courses. It is a university level examination.

Technically, you can join a degree program, but you will have to start from scratch (First Year). So, instead of that you can probably enroll for the PG Level course or maybe Second Year in Diploma.
