All Major Fashion Institutes and IGNOU also offers short-term fashion courses. The IGNOU Certificate in Fashion Design programme

You will not be able to get into good colleges for that but just for the sake of knowledge there are plenty of small scale institute that provide such education.

All the NIFTs are good. However, I think Delhi and Mumbai’s NIFT have more exposure to the real industry and its people. Placements are good in all even if it’s from a small city.

There are many colleges offering UG Graphic Designing courses.
The top ones are mainly - NID, NIFT, Delhi College of Art and Banaras Hindu University. There are many other private ones equally good.
