There may have chances for getting admission into NIFT's, if you try for further counseling.
Since every year, college cutoff varies, so we can hope for you to get admission into top NIFT's.

You can apply, if you have completed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of minimum 4-year duration from recognized university/ institute.

I would personally recommend you to keep SOIL as your last option as the placement opportunities are not very good and the college is not very established.

Yes, after civil engineering there are various options like PG ME in transportation engineering, environment engineering, architecture engineering.

BCA students can apply all the general government jobs, which requires graduation. Information Assistant, IT officer in state PSC, are some few jobs particular for technical background. All the best.
