The courses you are mentioning and that too with a specialisation in Fashion Designing will certainly have that "limitations" factor in work. I shall not guarantee that each institution offering this course or just a Master Degree in Multimedia will be able to do Justice. If you have already been pursuing a Job in that field and need this degree either to safeguard the job or to add some more to your learning, go for it. If you are planning to make a Career by Entering the Multimedia and Fashion domain via a distance mode degree, I shall frankly suggest otherwise.
