In NIFT Delhi its own entrance examination is taken, CUET scores are being accepted in many other renowned colleges in Delhi/NCR in the field of Fashion designing. Such notable institutes are Amity School of Fashion Technology (Noida), K.R. Mangalam University (Gurugram), and Galgotias University (Greater Noida) which conduct B.Des in Fashion Design through CUET. B.Voc degrees in related courses such as Fashion Design are also offered by some colleges of Delhi University with admission also carried out through CUET UG. The best and the shortest way to become a UX/UI Designer after 12 th is B.Des (Bachelor of Design) in UX/UI, Interaction Design, or even User Experience Design courses which is offered by the top design colleges in India such as NID, MIT Institute of Design, Symbiosis Institute of Design. Or otherwise, a B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science Engineering specializing in UI/UX is a great choice of technical and design combination. Relevant other degrees are B.Sc. Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or Multimedia/Digital Design or even B.A./B.Sc. Psychology or Cognitive Science, frequently completed with extra design courses.

If you're looking for a Fashion Design degree from Netaji Subhash Open University (Kolkata), here's the catch - it doesn't offer a full bachelor's in fashion. You'll find certificate/diploma courses in tailoring and design, but that's it. If you're looking for a proper 3-year Fashion Designing UG degree, check out Netaji Subhas University (Jamshedpur), completely different place, private uni, same-sounding name. Classic confusion.
