Both BDes and BSc in Design have higher salary prospects. The salary package you get mainly depends on your skills and experience. BDes courses are more focused on the creative part of the Design, however, BSc in Design courses are more inclined towards the technical aspects.

NIFT Mumbai follows a thorough screening process for BDes admissions. To commence, students must register and fill out an application form on the institute's official website. Before applying, the students must ensure that they fulfil the eligibility requirements. After that, all applicants must take the NIFT Entrance Exam on the scheduled date and at the scheduled venue.

Yes, the National Institute of Fashion Technology Mumbai reserves a certain amount of seats for candidates belonging to the PwD category. As per the admission guidelines for 2025, five percent of the total seats are reserved for the admission of candidates belonging to the PwD category.
