In a design course at IILM University, writing is a part of the curriculum, but it's more focused on creative and visual expression. You'll likely do:

- Design briefs: Writing project proposals and concept statements
- Design documentation: Documenting your design process and thinking
- Presentations: Preparing and presenting your work

The emphasis is on visual design skills, so writing is more about supporting your design work.
