Hi Laxmi,
Yes, most colleges do have scholarship programs for the students with a weak economic background. You will be able to find the information with the college only. You can contact NID, NIFT and Pearl Academy. These are the top fashion colleges in India and do provide scholarship schemes.

Hi Muskan,
You can opt for NIFT which is the best fashion design college in India. Apart from this, Amity University will also be a good option. As far as the fee is concerned, design colleges are expensive. You wouldn't find a design college with less fee.

That totally depends on you because if you choose biology, you may become a doctor/nurse and if you choose fashion designing, then you become a fashion designer.
In my opinion, you should opt biology because fashion stream is not reliable. Very few people can make their career in this field and also, fashion changes so rapidly that not everyone can manage it. But if you opt for biology and become a doctor and for once, let's assume you can't get a job, you can still open your clinic.
So, that is a much satisfactory course than fashion designing.
Hope this helps.

It will be difficult, as the eligibility criteria for admission is minimum 50% in class 12th. Also, it's an entrance based mode, so the candidate will have to appear for various entrance tests like NID, AIEED CEED etc. to secure admission in top colleges for B. Des course.
