Dear Pallavi,
I am not aware what will be the budget for the low fee for you. So, I would suggest you appear for entrance tests conducted by NIFT or NID as their fee is comparatively less.

It's a difficult question to answer, getting a job abroad is not easy, you must check if companies will accept open learning qualifications. Competition is tough. If you get hold of projects abroad and if you manage to do a course abroad, you may have a chance.

It is compulsory to appear for the entrance exam in order to get admission in reputed institutions for fashion designing. e institutions conduct the entrance examinations like NIFT Entrance Examination, NID Entrance Examination, AIEED, Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED) etc.

Please refer to the link provided below for a list of colleges and their fee structures for courses in B.Sc. (Fashion Designing). You would be able to navigate to ICAT Chennai using the filters on the web page. Please clear what design colleges your look for. If it is machine design that girls ratio will be lesser than boys, for fashion design normally girls ratio will be more or less equal to boys.

I guess details regarding your graduation would reflect on your final pass certificate, but you should not be bothered much by it. Part-time/Distance courses are fully recognized by various organisations and getting a job would not be much of an issue.
Diverse job opportunities exist in front of interior design professionals. They may either choose to work under supervised setup (Design studios and Interior design firms) or work independently. When it comes to Government sector jobs, PWDs, Municipal Corporations and Town Planning Departments are known to hire interior design professionals. They may also become part of Government schemes
