Yes you can do Masters in Fashion designing after b.com but the only thing you need to focus on is.you have to convince the interviewing panel about your decision of doing fashion designing after b.com.

It will be difficult to do product design course based on your educational qualifications in India . If you had PCM at 12th you may evaluate an Engineering degree in Mechanical engineering and fulfil your dream in product design.

See the direction course paper of FTII consisted of two sections(as I knew four years back): Section 1 had GK and Current Events which had 20-25 marks and the rest 75-80 marks were on section 2,which consists of some specific aspects.
