So, the provide you with labs that have computers and a resource centre that has thousands of books for us to read and it gives you huge classrooms as well but the first years don't get AC in there classrooms so be ready.

No, you can't. You have to sit through entrance exam and then counselling procedures to get admission in NIFT Kolkata.

There is no dress code since it is a fashion college. Explore the fashion you want to nobody will stop you. Except for the jury days when you have to dress in formals.

Once you clear the entrance exam which is held in the month of Jan-Feb, according to your rank you will get to a seat for the counselling and then you can get admission in NIFT Kolkata.

The only way to get in NIFT is by sitting for the entrance exam. There is no way of lateral entry.
