You have not mentioned about the place/ region where you wish to pursue the Fashion Design course. However NIFT is the best for pursuing the B. Des. In Fashion design. NIFT colleges are spread in all over the India, Hence you can get the college to yours proximity also. The eligibility criteria for B. Des. Courses is 10+2 in any stream. The admission are based on NIFT entrance test generally conducted in the month of January every year. Age criteria : Maximum age should be 23 years as on 1st October, 2020. The upper age limit may be relaxed by a period of 5 (five) years for candidates of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/ Person with Disability (PWD) categories.

Most of the faculty members of Khyati School of Design are experienced and from NIFT, NID and SPA etc. The selection procedure for B. Des. Courses comprise Creative Situation Test/ UCEED valid scores. The information about KSD affiliation/ recognition is missing from the KSD website. Further, there is no information about the placements available on KSD website. The recognition and placement statistics are very important aspects for any College for students and parents for making some decisions. So you can take a suitable decision accordingly. However it advisable here that start your preparation for NIFT and NID entrance exams conducted in the next year for better scope.

The admission in B.Des. courses at IIT Hyderabad are done through the ranks obtained in Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED). The UCEED is conducted once in an year (Generally in the month of January). The eligibility criteria of UCEED is given below.
Eligibility criteria for year 2021: Candidates who have cleared the qualifying exam, that is, class 12 or equivalent exam, in 2020 or are appearing for their qualifying exam in 2021, meet UCEED eligibility criteria 2021. Candidates from any stream Commerce, Science, Arts and Humanities, meet the eligibility criteria for UCEED exam.
Aspirants who are from the Science stream and have studied subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are eligible to apply for admission at IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad and IIITDM Jabalpur. Candidates from any other stream (Science without Mathematics or Physics or Chemistry, Commerce, and Arts & Humanities) can apply for admission at IIT Bombay, IIT Hyderabad and IIITDM Jabalpur, only.
Age criteria : Candidates belonging to Open/EWS/OBC-NCL category meet UCEED 2021 eligibility criteria if they are born on or after October 1, 1996. On the other hand, SC/ST/PwD category candidates are eligible to apply for the exam if they are born on or after October 1, 1991.
Number of Attempts : Candidates can give UCEED exam two times and that also in consecutive years only. However, candidates are informed that the score of the exam is valid for one year only and shall be used for admission in that given year only.

Hi, it is always preferred to go for a degree course dear. A Diploma and certificate course is usually a short term thing which will help you for a certain period of time in your career but it's benefit won't last for very long. You cannot grow more in your field with these courses. I am not denying that your experience, efforts and skills do matter in how much successful you will be in your life but you cannot purely leave it to that. Courses do help you to get proper education, push in your career and self development. Diplomas and certificate courses are designed for immediate benefits which give you a minor stunt in your career when you SEE no growth in your job or just to shift from one area of work to the other. Diplomas give you basic knowledge and ideas of your subject but a full time degree course is very deeply designed to give an overall development of your skills and mindset. Degrees stay with you all along your career life and they are valued even more when they grow old being part of an organisation. Degrees will be acknowledged by all your future employers and you will hold more value and preference over others. So definitely I would suggest you to go for a Masters degree course. Shifting to any other field of design doesn't put your value down. You can consider M.Des interior design for Masters. You can consider IILM University Gurugram for this option. They also offer liberal education which allows you to pursue your passions so even if you want to change your field, you may still be able to study some subjects of other fields which is the best part of Liberal Education. The admission in NID for B.Des courses are based on NID Entrance exam (DAT Prelims) generally conducted in the month of December every year. The online application process for entrance exam will be begin in the first week of October 2020. NID conducts DAT Prelims and DAT Main exams for B.Des courses. DAT Main is conducted at NID center. The eligibility criteria for B.Des courses is given below.
Educational qualification : Applications for academic year 2020-21 are open to applicants who have passed or will appear for higher secondary (10+2) qualifying examinations in the academic year 2019-20 in any stream (Science, Arts, Commerce, Humanities, etc.) from any recognised board of education such as CBSE, IB, ICSE or their equivalent.
Age Limit:
