You have not mentioned about the place/ region where you wish to pursue the Fashion Design course. However NIFT is the best for pursuing the B. Des. In Fashion design. NIFT colleges are spread in all over the India, Hence you can get the college to yours proximity also. The eligibility criteria for B. Des. Courses is 10+2 in any stream. The admission are based on NIFT entrance test generally conducted in the month of January every year. Age criteria : Maximum age should be 23 years as on 1st October, 2020. Most of the faculty members of Khyati School of Design are experienced and from NIFT, NID and SPA etc. The selection procedure for B. Des. Courses comprise Creative Situation Test/ UCEED valid scores. The information about KSD affiliation/ recognition is missing from the KSD website. Further, there is no information about the placements available on KSD website. The admission in B.Des. courses at IIT Hyderabad are done through the ranks obtained in Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED). The UCEED is conducted once in an year (Generally in the month of January). The eligibility criteria of UCEED is given below.
Eligibility criteria for year 2021: Candidates who have cleared the qualifying exam, that is, class 12 or equivalent exam, in 2020 or are appearing for their qualifying exam in 2021, meet UCEED eligibility criteria 2021. Hi, it is always preferred to go for a degree course dear. A Diploma and certificate course is usually a short term thing which will help you for a certain period of time in your career but it's benefit won't last for very long. You cannot grow more in your field with these courses. I am not denying that your experience, efforts and skills do matter in how much successful you will be in your life but you cannot purely leave it to that. Courses do help you to get proper education, push in your career and self development. You can apply for M.Des/B.Des in Interior Design, Students coming from any 10+2 or graduation discipline from a recognized university, or board can appear for any entrance or admission process or any design course. There are many good universities that provide B. Des/M.Des in fashion, Interior, and Product design, and more. To name a few:

You can have a look at IILM University Gurugram where B. Des in Product Design and B.A. (Hons) in Graphic Design is offered. The Online Design Aptitude Test is being held on 2nd May 2020 for the Design and Fashion courses.

The admission in NID for B.Des courses are based on NID Entrance exam (DAT Prelims) generally conducted in the month of December every year. The online application process for entrance exam will be begin in the first week of October 2020. NID conducts DAT Prelims and DAT Main exams for B.Des courses. DAT Main is conducted at NID center.
