Thanks for asking this question.
No. It's not necessary to be from the science background. We get quite a diverse crowd in our college every year. Students come from different cultures, age groups, backgrounds & states of the country.
The course is called B.Sc in FD & ID (because we teach CAD i.e. Computer Aided Designing) & because it's a legit graduation course approved by the Indian government.
Since designing is based on creativity, anyone & everyone can apply for it irrespective of studying science, commerce or arts.
Hope this helps :)

BBA is perhaps like any other graduation like BA or B.Sc etc. Nursing is a professional course and with the ever expanding healthcare facilities requirements of trained nurses is bound to increase in times to come. As for engineering 50% fresh graduates could not be placed last year. Hence, my vote is for nursing. Best wishes to you.

ID & FD (Fashion), both have a degree as well as certification programme options available. B.Sc ID specifically would be a 3 Years full-time degree programme from a government-approved university. Hope this helps :) For more insight into making designing your career, contact us on :- +919325012983.

Both courses have their own merits. Fashion designing will be more industry oriented & practical, where as if you want to get into generic arts stream, then BFA would be helpful. It won't be specifically for fashion or for designing. Fashion designing has quicker career applications compared to its counterpart.
