You have very good aim in this early age. You can take following subject in further classes
1) PCM
2) Arts with Mathematics
3) Humanities with Mathematics
Why I don't skip Mathematics is because of its importance in aptitude in the entrance exam. NIFT is the popular college for fashion designing. Check out the below link

Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) is a gateway for admission in Undergraduate Engineering (B.Tech), B.Arch and B. Planning courses for IITs, NITs and GFTIs. Hence, JEE is not for admission in fashion designing courses. NIFT, NID and UCEED are some popular entrance exams for fashion designing course. Hence, if interested in fashion designing course than participate in NIFT, NID or UCEED entrance exams.
