The lowest package offered for an M.Sc. in Biochemistry at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Takshashila Campus, Indore is INR 30,000–INR 70,000 per month. The average salary package for the campus is INR 4 LPA – INR 6 LPA, with the highest being INR 12–21 LPA. I have completed my my degree from IMS Davv Indore, so the data is true also this year it is suppose to increase.

Some of the companies which provide campus placement to B.Tech pass outs at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Takshashila are TCS, Capgemini, Cognizant and Infosys. Other firms like Barclays, Amazon, Tech Mahindra and Accenture are also involved in the recruitment process. The companies listed above take all kinds of jobs from fresh graduates but specializes mostly in IT, consulting, and engineering fields. Also, most of the student coming from CSE, IT and electronics streams have got good employment packages during campus interviews. The overall placement percentage is high and M.G have been placed in reputed firm.

For instance, for students who obtained 200 marks in JEE Mains, gaining an admission to B.Tech programme at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV) Takshashila is possible depending on the category of the student General, OBC, SC, ST or any other and the branch the student wished to pursue. For instance, for M.Sc. in Biotechnology, general category candidates should have scored between 55- 60% in the in the graduation examination. Takshashila campus of Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, is recognised as Tier-II university. Even though it provides choice undergraduate and postgraduate programs is famous in Madhya Pradesh it is not always in the list of top national colleges like tier 1 universities (IIT, NIT, and central universities).
