Yes, the Madhavi Chatra Yojna does apply at DAVV Takshashila. The scheme provides the opportunity for monetary aid to qualified students for which the education can be supported. Candidates can apply through the official website of the university.
While getting admitted, ensure that you are eligible under Madhavi Chatra Yojna and attach the required documents. Candidate is advised to consult the official Website of the University or contact at admission office for Scholarship application procedure and last date of applications.

Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Takshashila Campus has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

| B.E. / B.Tech | Candidate must have completed Diploma from recognised university. |
| B.A. | Candidate must have passed 10+2 in any stream with the above-mentioned marks. |
| M.A. | Relaxation of 5% in eligibility will also be applicable to Persons with Disability (Divyang), ST and SC. |
| M.E./M.Tech | Candidate who have passed M.Sc. in Physics or any other equivalent degree with 55% marks in aggregate (5% relaxation for SC/ ST candidates) from a recognised Institute/ University can also apply. Candidate must have minimum two years of working experience after qualifying degree. |
| B.Ed | Candidate must have completed Graduation in any discipline with the mentioned marks from a recognised university. In case of engineering and technical education 55% marks are required. |
| M.Ed | Candidate must have completed B.Ed., B.Sc. B.Ed., B.A. B.Ed., B.El.Ed.; D.L.Ed. with the mentioned marks from any recognised university/institute. |
| Certificate | Relaxation of 5% in eligibility will also be applicable to Persons with Disability (Divyang), ST and SC. |

Candidates whose qualifying examination marksheet are based on grading system has to produce conversion of grade to marks. |
