There is no provision of lateral entry into B.Tech at IITs. As Diploma holder you can appear for JEE to seek admission in IITs. Diploma is treated equivalent to 12th board for JEE admission exam purposes.

I think graduation with job is not possible . You can check some online post diploma courses or some part time courses. Engineering courses in distance mode are not allowed by UGC/AICTE at present. You can however go through this link :- http://www.nptidelhi.net/courses-offered--admissions.html Good luck.

If u are in a urgent need of job as well as interested in engineering then go for diploma but mind it diploma is not equivalent to B.Tech. If u r not in a hurry to get jobs, it is best to complete hsc (pcm) and then choose B.Tech degree course as your stream. It may so happen that after studying physics, chem, maths in detailed way u may grow interest for any of the subjects and it may give u a more bright future becoming a research scientist someday. All depends on your interest and passion. Diploma+B.Tech is also 6 years whereas Hsc+B.Tech is also 6 years. All the best. Thank you.

Amar go for your degree. After diploma you will get admission in 2nd year.of B.Tech also called lateral entry.
For lateral entry, you have to appear for Lateral Entry Engineering Test (LEET). You must have min.of 60% marks in diploma to appear for LEET.
If you have not given LEET, then opt for good private universities. They offer world class environment to students along with good placements. Some even offer good scholarships to students. Check their websites.
Good luck.
