No, the R.V. Teachers Training Institution doesn't provide an online Diploma in Education (D.Ed.). They offer a two-year, full-time, on-campus D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) program. As you know, D.Ed is more of a practical course, so it makes almost no sense to complete it in distance education. The full-time program adds much value to you and provides you with much more industrial experience than the online course. Yes, after Diploma in ECE you can get in to B.Tech at IIIT Hyderabad, though not through lateral entry, only after appearing in JEE Mains and qualifying score one will get admission; for that you need to appear in the year of Diploma completion.
