You need to have minimum 50% marks to be eligible for admission in B.Ed.

Yes, you can do it but they will consider others before you because you are from different state.

Doing B.Ed is the basic requirement you need, but along with that you also need some experience. I will suggest you to have some experience before applying for the job as this will increase your chances.
