Admission shall be open to those candidates who have passed their Bachelor's Degree Examination (10+2+3 pattern) with 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST candidates) in the Faculties of Arts, Science, Social Sciences, Commerce or faculty of Music and Fine Arts from the University of Jammu or an examination of any other University recognized as equivalent thereto or Bachelors Degree examination of 4 year duration from a recognized University.

In service teachers seeking University of Jammu & Kashmir B.Ed admission should hold a teaching experience of 2 years in any recognised primary/secondary/higher secondary schools falling within the purview of the University of Jammu. So, you are not eligible.

A candidate must have done UG in any stream for pursuing B.Ed from Jammu University.

Candidates having passed minimum three years Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with 50% marks (for General Category) and 45% marks (for Reserved Category) are eligible to apply.
