IGNOU is the best distance learning open University available in India. They have a wide range of courses from Certificate to graduation to post graduation. Hello, Disaster Management is the new subject that is available for doing an MBA. There is going to be a good requirement for experts in this field in the near future as many colleges are going to start courses in this discipline at least at the level of certificate given National Education Policy that is going to be implemented shortly.
