No,M.Sc. in Yoga Science (Essential: Minimum 10 Students)
Duration : Two Years (Four Semesters)
Admission Criteria : The candidate must have passed a Bachelor Degree in Science (10+2+3) from a recognized University with a minimum of 45% marks. The Admission will be done on the basis of Merit, Aptitude Test and Interview.
Age Limit : 30 Years as on 31st July, 2016.
Fee : The Annual Tuition fee will be Rs. 25,000/- and its 50% will be payable in each Semester at a time.

There are Entrance exam for some of the universities. However, he/she will be considered for admission if he/she fulfils the other requirements of admission. I think, yes you are eligible to do M.Sc Maths after B.Tech (ECE), but mostly it depends on the university, where you are going to pursue Master's degree.
