Yes, it will be valid, provided distance education is a proper MBA degree (Not a PGDM) and approved by Gov (UGC, AIU, etc. ).

Doing Engineering Diploma through distance mode is not valid. So please avoid to do this. Prefer to do the regular stream engineering or part time regular Diploma courses.
