Yes, of course, you are able to do that. But, if you are a Bachelor and doing B.Ed to be appointed in a teacher's job then it's not a good choice. Distance or correspondence B.Ed is only for working teachers. Job as a teacher, you must do it regularly and from a recognised university. If you want to do government. Job as a teacher, you must do it regular and from a recognised university. Top Universities in India

There are many universities that offers B.Ed through distance education. Some institutes conduct entrance exam where as in some institutes, you can even apply directly for admission. A few good universities are: IGNOU, Delhi University, Delhi, Lovely Professional University- Punjab , VIT University Tamilnadu, Jamia Millia Islamia University Delhi, NMIMS Mumbai, Anna University Tamil Nadu, University of Mumbai, University of Kolkata, Pune University, University of Hydrabad, Delhi University, AMU, The Maharaj Sayaji Rao University, JNU Delhi.

Hello,
The applicants must have at least 50% marks in Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, and Engineering streams in order to apply for a distance B.Ed course.
