If you say reputed, then I don't think there is any college that provide distance M.Tech. There are many colleges that do provide distance M.Tech but premier institute like IIT, NIT, IIIT, don't provide such. I don't have any idea about M.Sc.

Yes, it is possible. Some universities provide distance B.Ed course. Only thing is you have to search for it. Even some colleges also allow students to give the exam without attending classes and all. Hope you got what you wanted to know.

You may apply any of the Central or State Universities for distance courses as they have confirmed validity of your degree. As the degree from some of the Private Universities may or may not be considered valid unless they have UGC or Distance Council approval in that specific academia years.

Yes, you can take distance learning programme in any non technical courses of your interest. As technical education is not allowed in distance learning programs as per supreme court order. Best of luck for your future.
