Dear B.Com graduate in both case distances or regular. You can complete BCA regular from any university. As Diploma any stream can take admission in BCA regular. Graduation in regular have more values than distance. You an complete MCA and Ph.D.
12th is not considered like this in this stream.

Candidates should have undergone 10+2+3 (15) or 11+1+3 (15) pattern of study and passed qualifying examinations conducted by the respective State Board or CBSE or any other recognized Board of Education/Exam and UG Degree Exam of the UGC Recognized Universities in any one of the school subjects offered by the Directorate of School Education at the Secondary/ Higher Secondary Educational Level.

As per NCTE norms, regular teachers working in primary, middle, secondary or higher secondary schools in Tamil Nadu, recognised by State / Central government, with a minimum of two-years teaching experience are only eligible for admission into Annamalai University distance education B.Ed course.
