First of all, there's nothing like distance mode for engineering education. There at BITS, you have WILPs and for that, visit with this link: https://bits-pilani-wilp.ac.in/programmes-for-individuals.php

Hello Tom Jose, What you are thinking was perhaps possible a few months back but since then situation has changed. UGC has declared once again that no university can offer any professional course in the distance education mode. With this diktat from UGC no University will be able to offer M.Tech programs via distance mode. I think you will have to think something different if you want to gain knowledge. Best wishes.
