VMOU Admission Process 2025
STEP 1: Applicants are required to log onto the VMOU official site and complete the online application form. They will have to input personal and academic information and attach documents, among which are mark sheets, a photo, a signature, etc. To submit the form application fee should be paid online through debit/ credit card, net banking, UPI or other acceptable modes.
STEP 2: Selection
Applicants interested in taking admission to Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU) are expected to start by visiting the VMOU official website and then registering online or by completing the online registration form. In this step, the candidate must fill in his/her personal information, courses pursued, contact information and also the course required.
In addition to this, candidates would also have to upload scanned copies of some documents, which are mandatory, like mark sheets, certificates, a photograph and a signature. After filling in the application, they are supposed to pay the application fee through an online mode of payment available, viz., either through debit/credit card or net banking or UPI to submit the application.
STEP 3: Admission Confirmation
Shortlisted candidates shall be notified by the university either on its website or, by registered email/SMS after the selection process. These applicants will then be required to later come and have their original documents checked in either the VMOU regional centre or the main campus. Once the verification process has been successfully done, the candidates will be expected to remit the prescribed admission fee within the stipulated deadline to secure their own seat.
The attempted suspension of the provisional admission can be induced by a failure to do so. After payment of the fee, compliance and satisfaction of all the requirements VMOU gives the final admission confirmation and the students can now be able to gain access to the study materials and the academic support according to the duration of the academic calendar.
