You can still do MCA without maths in class 12th but your choices of universities will be limited. You are recommended to evaluate Symbiosis University for doing MCA. All the best!

Only Annamalai University and Madurai Kamraj University offer these courses in distance mode however, they cannot offer degree outside Tamil Nadu and such degree will be invalid for government job purpose.

As per the Pharmacy Council of India and All India Council for Technical Education Mandate any pharmacy courses at any level cannot be offered in distance and part time mode. So, you won't get any such colleges if someone claim such then they are fake and loot your money. You have to do it full time only.

University of Madras Institute of Distance Education
Pondicherry University, Directorate of Distance Education
Anna University, Centre fir Distance Education
All 3 are good, cost effective and reputed institutes.

Karnataka open University
Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology
