My friend did distance BCA in 2012 then a job for the next 3 years & PGDCA after that. Is he eligible to study abroad now or nor?

Hi Sandeep,
Please request your friend to email the universities as some accept distance education degrees while some do not. Secondly, he must take TOEFL or IELTS and his grades will also be checked.
