It is possible and also not valuable because this is a research based course. If you are not having any idea about your degree then what is the value of it which you can not get in a degree course through distance. So you must try for a regular college for this course. Best of luck!

It will be legal. Even you can pursue BA as non-collegiate students other than distance mode which will be a better option.

We are provided some name of colleges which provide your required courses in distance NIMBS, IGNOU, SSK College, these are good in distance learning and also approved.
