Dear Raj Shah,
You must think about a distance degree course only if you are working currently. But if you are not working then you must plan about studying full time keeping in mind the shift in career that you may get after a regular MBA. Coming back to Ural Federal University, it is one of the top universities in Russia. All the best.

There are many Universities where MBA can be done in distance mode without any entrance exam. The best among them is ICFAI.

No, IGNOU offers B.Ed through distance but it's only for the people having two-year experience in teaching. IGNOU offers 2 years B.Ed course.

No correspondence course is available in Medical Science so as one to get registration as practitioner. Before 10-15 years, it was possible. This two year Diploma will not help you to work as a medical practitioner.
