At present, technical/engineering courses are not allowed by UGC/AICTE through distance mode. It would be better if you go for regular/part time recognised courses.

If you're working executive, it can be nice option. Else not recommended,if your fresher, you should opt for good score in your entrance exams and apply to top 40 Bschools.
