Rather than going for online or distance M.Com you should try for full time MBA or M.Com which will be more helpful to you.

Santosh, MBA through distance mode is basically for working professionals. It is going to add value to the work experience of the person and get him/ her promotion and success in career. But in case one is not working then doing MBA through distance mode is not advisable as most companies don't give weightage to MBA through distance mode if the candidate doesn't have work experience especially during the period when degree was done through distance mode.
Still check the websites of some good universities that offer MBA through distance education.

Santosh there are many good universities that are offering MBA through distance mode. But doing MBA through distance mode is going to be valuable only if you are already working. It is going to add value to your work experience and you tend to gain promotion and success in your career.
