Good morning !
It would be better to do regular MBA rather than a distance course.
But if your job demands such a course, you my go for a distance course. For a bank job MBA in finance would be beneficial.

If you could complete Your B.Sc with 50% atleast, you can take entrances for M.Sc chemistry and pursue it in regular mode as it will always be preferred than distancd mode when applying for jobs. If you cant, I am sharing a link which gives the lists of universities offering thru correspondence but be careful about choosing it as the latest rules of UGC allow correspondence courses within the state.

Look, doing MBA from Distance education is not a productive idea.
Still if you are willing to do, Marketing would be a better option as other courses especially Finance would require more of practical learning and strong basics compared to other field. So I would suggest you to look for a marketing job.
Rest all depends on your area of interest.

For admission to distance education, one needs a relevant work experience of at least 3 years. So, you might not be able to get admission for MBA immediately after passing BBA. But, you can go through the regular mode of education by taking part in the exams.

Shivani, there are some universities that offer MBA Hospital-Healthcare management through distance mode but being a course which involves practical work it is better to go for a regular course. Only that will carry value.
There are different ways of admission in MBA. Some institutes prefer CAT/XAT/ MAT scores only for admission to MBA course. And to appear for CAT/XAT/MAT etc student needs to have 50% in graduation. But eligibility criteria varies for various Management Institutes or Universities, they can take different %age in graduation along with CAT/ MAT/ XAT scores.
Another way of admission is internal tests or admission criteria
