It does hv a value for experienced ppl as they just need a degree for their promotions or for professional development. For fresh graduates, it is recommended to join a regular mode.

BE being a technical field needs hands on training and is more of practical knowledge. There are instruments worth 25 lakhs too in college labs. For eg. Network Analyzer. This you won't get to experience in distant learning. Better go for Regular Course if you're practically oriented.

Central university having regional and study centres in almost all parts of India, flexibility, good faculty, quality education system, variety of courses, timely exams, online facilities and good placement cell. Dear shaza. I'm sure no institutions in India offers M.Sc in management. But there are some courses like MMS offered by various institutions. So think about it. The same programme offered at UK universities.

You can further do Mba in Operation and supply chain where you can learn about purchase and procurement, tender management, Contract management, bid management

Obviously u should go for IGNOU without hesitation if u want to earn a value out of it in career. Many will guide u to many other private universities. They are just wastage of money. All the best.

Normally employed ones get benefited with distance courses. If you are a fresher n have MBA degree from distance mode .i would suggest you to start a job first. And then choose any certificate or pg diploma courses.
