Regular Msc Chemistry :
To be eligible for M.Sc, you need to pass graduation in Science subjects (Biology, Maths and Chemistry). You may contact the college officials directly for admission procedure.
External Msc Chemistry :

The cutoff is 70 percentile and the details regarding fee structure is available on the official website. No distance learning is not available and the admissions for 2016-17 are already closed.

Yes you can do B.A but not B.Ed. As for B.Ed. you should be a graduate however you can do D.Ed. it's diploma in Education and minimum eligibility for it is 12th pass. You can do it by Open University k Ike IGNOU

MBA from distance isn't so valuable it hardly adds value to your current qualifications, and MBA-Executive is so valuable as it adds value as well after MBA -executive you can expect salary hike of 25-30%.
so my suggestion is you should go for MBA-executive you have required number of experience,
