Mba from corresponding will help you only when you are already doing a job and want to pursue mba with that. otherwise all the companies or gov jobs demand for MBA on regular basis. So don't go for corresponding.

Since you have completed 12th, presuming you have good marks, you will be eligible for a regular BCA. But being a 3 year recognised polytechnic diploma holder, you may opt for lateral entry admissions to a B Tech programme. You will have to clear state level lateral entry eligibility tests.
