Candidates for MBA admissions at DIT University must normally perform well on national-level entrance exams such as the CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, or GMAT. While there is no set cutoff, general qualifying scores are:

CAT/XAT score: 50-60 percentile.
MAT/CMAT score: 400-500.
GMAT: about 450-500.
Furthermore applicants must have earned a bachelor's degree with at least 50% (45% for reserved categories). Shortlisted candidates that satisfy the cutoff are usually subjected to a group discussion (GD) and a personal interview (PI) before being selected.
