You will have to appear for NEET before pursuing admission into a medical college. Appearing for NEET gives you opportunity for taking admissions in MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS.
Earlier BAMS/BUMS and BHMS courses had respective entrance exams but from this year you have to appear in NEET then you will be eligible for admission procedure.

Depending on the province you intend to settle in, your licensing process to become a practicing doctor in Canada may include: Examinations (eligibility, programme selection, qualifying, certification) Language proficiency tests Postgraduate training/assessment Return-of-service agreements (commitment to practice in an underserved community for an agreed period of time). Regardless of your education or experience, you need to get licensed in Canada in order to practice as a medical doctor.

Moreover, it takes 5 years to complete medical studies after which there is still no guarantee of a job. Ask yourself, what to do? For abroad, there are many options available.

There is not much comparison that can be made between the two even by a vivid stretch of imagination as both careers are worlds apart.
If you love animals and Science, then you might want be a veterinarian. Veterinarians are basically animal doctors who diagnosis and prescribe treatments for animals.

Educational: The basic or degree level qualification for a medical profession is MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine And Bachelor Of Surgery) which is of 5 1/2 years duration (including 1 year internship). Selection for MBBS is through an All India Entrance Examination. (Details in Entrance Details & Syllabus). The qualification required for entrance is 10+2 or equivalent with Science subjects. In the case of private medical colleges entrance examinations are conducted by the institutes individually. In addition to MBBS, candidate should complete House Surgency or internship for one year.
