Hello,
It's not compulsory, but is the best option. NEET is the best entrance exam through which you can get a medical college. Check all the details regarding NEET 2018 Exam here:

NEET Exam is conducted by CBSE and it's the last time that CBSE is conducting the NEET Exam. From next year I. e from 2019, NEET Exam is expected to be conducted by NTA (National testing Agency), twice a year.

Hi,
You can complete your MBBS to become a doctor and along with it do every other thing that you want to do, but the schedule will be hectic and it won't be easy for you to manage both, but if you are persistent and have a will, you may do it.

The basic or degree level qualification for a medical profession is MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery), which is of 5 and a half year duration (including 1 year internship). Selection for MBBS is through an All India Entrance Examination NEET entrance exam). The qualification required for entrance is 10+2 or equivalent with Science subjects. You can go for veterinary doctor. Also, there are other courses like BAMS, BHMS, etc., but the entrance test for these is same as of MBBS i.e. NEET.

Both of your options are good for your career, but I would like to give my suggestion. If your family financial background is good then I would recommend you to go for medical and if not go for business studies.

For becoming a doctor you should have PCB, but check out the eligibility as for being a doctor you should write NEET exams check out the eligibility if PCMB is required and don't ever think about being a middle class person, because if you have the passion, you can come over the obstacles thrown in your path.
